The Belmont Community Organization (BCO) was founded in 1956 with the mission to assist people in our local community. Each year, the BCO gives out more than 100,000 pounds of food as well as clothing, furniture, appliances and household items to nearly 1,000 families. We also provide limited financial assistance for medication, rent and utilities.

Help Out

This is one of the simplest ways to help out our cause. We believe the best way for our initiatives to be successful is for the community to actively get involved. This is an easy and efficient way of contributing to the great work we do at the BCO. Volunteer opportunities include everything from stocking shelves with food items and filling grocery bags, folding clothes and organizing household items in the warehouse, to participating in annual back to school and holiday gift giving campaigns and more. Get in touch with any questions about how you can volunteer your time today.
